Refund policy
At Doggysneakers we are so confident in the authenticity of our products that, if you find any defect and certify that the item is not original (you can do so at resale shops in your city or through verification apps), you will be entitled to a full refund of what you paid (you will keep the item to dispose of it) and we will also give you an extra 20% refund of its cost to your payment method.
To return a product, you must first submit a return request within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To return a product, it must be new, show no signs of use, and the original packaging must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
If you return a product, our team will inspect it and accept or reject your return. We will notify you by email.
Return costs are borne by the customer and you must send the product to our address: Doggysneakers / C/LegiΓ³n EspaΓ±ola 9, Fuensalida (Toledo) / 45510 / 644089577 / contacto@doggysneakers.com.
It is very important to protect the product and the packaging when making a return.
If the product or packaging arrives damaged, we reserve the right to reject the return or claim compensation.
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, always within the 14 calendar-day period and subject to the conditions above. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount to the same payment method within 2 business days.
Exchanges
We also accept exchanges within the same 14 calendar-day period from receipt of the order. As each size has its own price and is not always available, exchanges are subject to stock and to the price difference between sizes or models. Please contact us before sending the product to confirm availability.

Returns and exchanges within mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands have an estimated cost of β¬6.
Estimated return or exchange costs for shipments to the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe are β¬15, please contact us.
Exceptional refunds via gift vouchers
On an exceptional basis and at the discretion of Doggysneakers, when a return, exchange or refund request does not meet the requirements set out in this refund policy, Doggysneakers may offer the customer, as an alternative to refunding the amount, a gift voucher or credit for future purchases.
Gift vouchers granted under this arrangement will have the following conditions:
* The maximum amount of each gift voucher will be β¬200.
* When the total amount granted exceeds β¬200, several gift vouchers may be issued until the corresponding amount is reached.
* Vouchers may be used for future purchases at Doggysneakers.
* Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to third parties.
* Use of the vouchers is subject to the specific conditions communicated at the time of issue.
* Granting an exceptional gift voucher does not modify the deadlines or the general return conditions and does not constitute an acquired right for future requests.
* Doggysneakers reserves the right to accept or reject these exceptional solutions based on the particular circumstances of each case.
This possibility is an exceptional commercial courtesy and neither replaces nor extends the consumer's legally recognised rights of return, withdrawal or warranty.
